as my initial test weren't very clear as they had been produced on a computer from the start, therefore i started to work with some initial scans of sketches i have produced to give the put line and shape to the vector piece. the process i used was using pencil sketches then using the pen tool in illustrator, along with some work with different line quality's using the stroke and brush functions on illustrator (picture top). there was a variety of line from to heavy to light weighted lines but i decided that the simple bold and was more appropriate as it was much more simplistic and gave the shape a bit more clarity and lift of the screen.
