while working on the JK logo i started to include type to an image that wasn't done which i felt was needed just yet. however i saw potential in the typographic side that may potentially offer a different feel and look to the logo. i started working by looking at some different type faces and found that the type could be narrowed down to more simplistic JK. so there where different sections of the letter forms that offered a good space to work with therefore i started to see how the letter forms could potentially join and attach to each other. also by using the utensils there where potentially some really nice imagery that could use both the type and image, with the type being the initial format to work upon.
i think i need to start working on the two letter forms fitting together as i think this is potentially the more interesting element that has come out of this so far.
